""The front office staff are all friendly and patient, and the instructors are also good. Even the gentleman who helped in front of the Sakamoto location was kind. However, there is one person who ruins the experience – a young female cleaning staff member with glasses and a headscarf. She was very, very unfriendly. The way she swept the floor made it uncomfortable for the people sitting nearby. When waiting for the bathroom, she was playing with her phone with a scowl on her face. I didn’t ask to be greeted, but her behavior was really rude. On two occasions, I said ‘excuse me’ to take some tissues in front of her, but she didn’t budge at all, even though she was blocking the space. Then, when she wanted to make some instant noodles in front of the dispenser, she was struggling to open the plastic. She stood in front of the dispenser, and after waiting for a while, she still hadn’t finished. Since my child was thirsty, I said ‘excuse me’ to get some water. She really wouldn’t move even a little bit. In the end, I decided to just step aside. There were still many other instances of rudeness. It’s such a shame that Sakamoto, which has been good overall, has been tarnished by this one rude person. I’ve come here more than once, and my child takes two classes at Sakamoto and Sempoa"
