"Tried Gymnastics' free trial at the Kemang Pratama branch. So far, so good, and my kids love it. I'll try to sign up for next year when my little one turns 3 so I can join the 3-year-old class. The downside here is the limited parking space compared to the number of students."

"Two months ago, I gave a 2-star review and rating due to an incident and the conditions there being less than ideal. But after following up with Miss Ayusa and her excellent, detailed, informative, and fast-response communication, everything really changed! Miss Ayusa was quite responsive and provided solutions to any issues that arose. Even when I registered with another Miss Ayusa, but her response was less than satisfactory, somehow communicating and asking for solutions with Miss Ayusa was quite impressive! Requesting a promotion to a small class or changing schedules was a quick response without waiting weeks (this was my experience communicating with her previously). Miss Ayusa also always asks about the coaches and the children's experiences, so it's really great now that Sparks listens to parents' complaints. Coaches who are complained about as less than satisfactory are also immediately evaluated, so they are enthusiastic and cheerful when teaching. Thank you Sparks for being willing to improve🫶🏻"

"It's worth it to enroll your child here. All the coaches are caring and help their children follow instructions. There's special care for children with extra energy, separated from the regular class. The care is quick and focused so students don't fall behind and can follow the coach's instructions. Besides the coaches, the student advisors are very helpful when there are complaints or scheduling conflicts with parents' needs. I really don't regret it, although there are still shortcomings, but the benefits outweigh the benefits for almost 6 months I've been there. 👍👍👍 Even though my house is 15km from the Kemang branch, if the effects are good, it's worth it for my child."

"The class and coach are okay but the parking is really lacking, starting a business but not having a parking space for a car, those who bring cars have to park very far away (very sensitive to parking because I'm pregnant and have to carry my children for a long walk) or have to valet, when waiting for the car to go home, the wait is long even though I've paid 10 thousand rupiah for the child, the class doesn't even last an hour, the price is more than the mall, luckily it's only 6 months here, it won't be extended, what kind of school doesn't have a parking space"
