Twinkle Stars Daycare Pondok Labu adalah rumah kedua yang hangat dan mendidik bagi si kecil di Jakarta Selatan! Di sini, anak-anak akan diajak berpetualang dalam dunia belajar yang menyenangkan melalui metode Montessori yang terstruktur, mengembangkan karakter, moral, pengetahuan umum, dan keterampilan matematika mereka. Fasilitas lengkap kami meliputi area bermain indoor dan outdoor yang luas, beragam alat peraga Montessori, dan kolam renang yang menyegarkan, memastikan si kecil aktif bergerak dan bereksplorasi dengan aman. Didukung oleh guru-guru yang penuh kasih sayang, sabar, dan bilingual (Indonesia-Inggris), setiap anak mendapatkan perhatian individual dalam rasio guru-murid yang ideal. "One of the best daycare/pre-K schools in South Jakarta. 1. Complete facilities, including Montessori teaching materials and a spacious and well-equipped indoor and outdoor playground. There's also a swimming pool. 2. Highly qualified teachers. They are very attentive to their students and speak both English and Indonesian fluently. The teacher-to-student ratio is balanced, allowing students to receive attention and guidance. The teachers and their assistants are also very patient and calm in dealing with students with diverse personalities. 3. The material taught is comprehensive, covering character and morals, as well as knowledge and mathematics. 4. The school is very informative, and communication between the school, teachers, and parents is excellent. 5. The school environment is very beautiful and clean. Overall, we are very satisfied with entrusting our child to Twinkle Stars Daycare Pondok Labu. Initially, our child needed some adjustment and cried due to being unfamiliar with school, but now he is very happy and content when he starts school. "I had previously confirmed with the administration that I could not attend the scheduled event due to an out-of-town assignment, resulting in my child's inability to attend. Although the cancellation was notified in advance and payment was made, the refund request was still not processed due to school policy, even though it had not even been a week since the payment was made. This is very unfortunate. Not only because of the nominal amount, but also because the policies implemented felt unclear and not transparently explained from the outset, including the deadline, cancellation conditions, and refund mechanism. This lack of transparency can certainly cause confusion for parents. I am submitting this note not solely regarding the nominal amount, but rather as input regarding the policies that I feel were not explained in detail and transparently from the outset, particularly regarding the cancellation conditions, deadline, and refund mechanism. Clarity of information is important so that parents can properly understand their rights and obligations."
