Ulasan Arcanum Hobbies Board Games Playground

"I POSTED 5 STARS JUST BECAUSE I WANT TO SUPPORT GEEK CULTURE IN JAKARTA OVERALL BUT Definitely so much room for improvement in regards to Arcanum's quality of service. I was going there for a TTRPG bonanza. Of which I am greeted by the staff half-heartedly (granted the staff knows me from prior visits) but I don't think that's going to work with newer customers trying to get into nicher hobbies. There needs to be improvements in SOP for greeting customers that come through the door At least one of the things that I can suggest is to have said customers seated where the specific event is about to take place then when you tell them to wait at least offer them snacks and drinks if there is any (Im sure they had some) and at the very least ask how they are doing and ask what expectations so that it can be set for the games theyre willing to play. But overall Im surprised with the amount of people passionate for the TTRPG hobby as a whole and the slew of other niche catalogue like board games and TCGs that they have shelved! I would love to see Arcanum grow as I love the community as a whole!"
