"I was really interested in trying ATV here, I tried contacting them via WhatsApp a week before leaving, just to get information about the track map, whether I needed to book in advance if I was going in a large group, but there was no information. Even on the day, I tried contacting them again via text chat and phone to confirm whether they were operating that day, and whether there were any changes in the operating hours (it happened to be Ramadan, just in case there were any changes). There was still no response, until I thought maybe it was first come first served, and they would always be open. When I arrived at the location, they were open but they couldn't operate due to heavy rain that knocked down trees that blocked the track. Considering the distance was quite far and involved several families, which was definitely over 90 minutes, I was honestly disappointed with the service number that couldn't be reached and didn't respond. If only there was a response via text chat or a call from the customer, this could have been avoided and rescheduled. I contacted them a week before leaving, but there was no response. If the admin was having problems, they could have been reprimanded, or if they still didn't want to work, then try to find a replacement with real intentions. Hopefully this review can be noticed by the owner or management of ATV Cilandak Adventure."

"This is my second time coming here to play ATV & the feel is still the same, fun!! I can say that the terrain is still 'clean' so it doesn't make my pants/sandals wet etc, basically it's still very comfortable!!👍🏼 I also think the price is still reasonable for an amusement ride in Jakarta. It can be a great place to play if you want to bring friends or nephews etc🥳✨"

"This should be a hidden gem if managed properly. But it seems like there's a lack of marketing and location management. As a result, the guy who guards the land has to fight hard to clear all the obstacles blocking the ATV track. Kudos, bro! Thank you so much! I came here because I was planning to go to Ragunan on Monday, but it turned out to be closed because the animals were on holiday."
