"I Will not recommend this place for kids to have a coding tutoring. They have Incompetent management. My son sign up for roblox junior on June 2023 and the program finished around Dec 2023. They proposed my son to continue into the next level roblox senior and I agreed. During the time June 2023-Dec 2023 I didn’t received any report refer to my son progress, they don’t even arrange a PTM (pertemuan tatap muka) between parents & teacher to inform the child progress. I find out about these things on January 2024 that every Coding Course should have these reports. On Jan 2024 I asked about it to them and they just told me that they are sorry since they MISSED IT. It’s been 6 months during the level one and they MISSED IT? They don’t even notice it, im the one who asked them about this. Such a terrible services. During the next level Roblox Junior start On January 2024 to October 2024. Still no reports for Level Junior and even so the Level Senior. I have a PTM with the teacher on November 7th 2024. Still no data or document report about my kids progress until I complaint to them and the email me on November 20th 2024. My suggestion to parents who wants they kids to learn coding just don’t sign up on this place!"
