"My experience in this place was really unpleasant, I had to make an appointment first with one of the teachers who was not a teacher, after just a few meetings suddenly my number was blocked without any clear reason, at first the teacher's phone was broken but after my friend's suggestion I told her to use her number on WhatsApp, it came through... I was just disappointed even though I paid in full the first time I entered, I only asked for the schedule on WhatsApp and never bothered. But oh well, hopefully this incident is enough for me."

"Not recommended. There seems to be a lack of communication between CS and the tutor. Initially, I arranged a schedule with CS. Because once my child waited for the tutor for a very long time, more than an hour and didn't confirm to me. When I WA CS, he argued that he was not in the office. So he didn't know about the tutor's delay. Finally, I asked for the tutor's WA number directly to arrange the next schedule. However, it was difficult to find a schedule that suited my child and the tutor's schedule. I took the 20 session package. According to my notes, there were only 18 sessions, but CS said there were already 20. And when I compared it with my notes, CS argued that there would be 2 sessions tomorrow, ma'am. But the tutor himself didn't say 2 sessions. In essence, it was disappointing, even though I intended to continue, I decided to cancel it."
