"This was my child’s first lesson at this branch. In terms of standard facilities, there are no complaints. Just like other Sparks English locations, the air conditioning works well, the environment is clean, the green-themed interior creates a fun and refreshing atmosphere, and the teacher’s approach to teaching is engaging. That said, there are a few points worth noting about Sparks Kemprat. The prayer room is located at the front lobby. While it is clean, the space is quite limited and is also used to store water gallons. The staircase to the upper floor is rather steep, so extra caution is advised, especially when accompanying children. Parking in front of the building is also limited to only four cars. To avoid waiting, there are two alternatives: valet parking (fee not inquired) or parking at the nearby ruko area (Rp9,000 for two hours). With patience, however, it may still be possible to secure parking in front."
