"On the second day, my child was hysterically crying, terrified, and refused to go to this daycare, as if traumatized by something. They were very adamant about refusing to provide a refund or compensation, as if they had no empathy for my child. They wouldn't refund the money I'd paid, even though it wasn't because I didn't show up, but because something else had caused my child to be like that. They brought his water bottle intact, and my child wasn't given a drink just because he didn't ask, so he was constipated at home and had hard stools. Even when I chatted with the admin, they were very slow to respond. Even in the morning and afternoon, they didn't answer, as if they'd disappeared off the face of the earth. I had to spam the chat before they responded. Regarding payment, they responded very quickly, even at night, as I was being chased to pay. Very disappointed!"

"I tried it here and was immediately convinced by the package after seeing my baby (6 months old) so happy. The nurse takes excellent care of the children, which I can tell by the CCTV access, allowing me to monitor their activities at all times. God willing, she's also trustworthy. Earlier, I saw my child throw away his pacifier and wanted to know whether to give it to him again, and it turns out the nurse really did wash it thoroughly before giving it back. It's a small thing, but it means a lot because it could easily be given back immediately. From my observations, one nurse almost never handles more than two babies, so the children are well-supervised. Here, three meals and two snacks are included, so as a parent, I don't have to worry about preparing complementary feeding options. The place itself is nice and looks clean. The staff are friendly. Overall, I can drop my child off when he's just woken up, hasn't showered, hasn't had breakfast, and when I pick him up, he's full, smelling good, and ready to sleep. Highly recommended for working parents who can't leave their children with family or are too afraid to leave their children alone with a domestic worker. "I really enjoy Kinder Castle because the nurses are kind and patient with the children. They're also very detailed, reporting any minor bumps on their bodies straight away via WhatsApp. I also love the daily Montessori activities with competent teachers. The place is clean, and most importantly, there's no screen time at all. 😄"
